15. Is booking a package at a recreation facility via the Internet reliable?

16. How many days in advance should I submit a request to purchase a package?

You can submit a vacation request at any time, but no later than 3 days before the intended check-in date at the recreation facility. The earlier you send your request, the higher the chance to purchase a package for your desired date and facility.

17. Is it possible to order a package for a specific date and for any number of days?

During the off-season, most recreation facilities offer daily check-ins for any number of days. During the summer period and New Year holidays, some facilities operate on a fixed check-in schedule.

18. How can I change information (recreation facility, check-in date, room category) in a previously submitted request?

At any time after confirming your request, you can send a message from the request page indicating all changes.
The reservation department will make the changes to the existing request according to your message.

19. Can I book a package directly at the recreation facility by calling them first?

When booking by phone directly with the recreation facility, you most often receive only a verbal confirmation of the package reservation. This means that you have no official documents guaranteeing your check-in. As a result, upon arrival, you may encounter an unpleasant situation: the room may be occupied, reserved for other dates, or turn out to be of a completely different category. On our portal’s forum pages, guests share real cases where, with a phone reservation, they were either not accommodated at all or were provided with a room that did not match the initially chosen category. To avoid such situations, it is important to obtain written booking confirmation or use online services that record your order and guarantee your check-in.

20. Is it possible to book packages for several recreation facilities at the same time?

You can specify several recreation facilities in a single request by using the “Help in choosing a package” function — this is convenient if you have not yet made your choice. A reservation department specialist will contact you, offer available check-in dates and accommodation options for each selected facility, compare conditions, and help you choose the best option. If necessary, they will suggest alternative facilities taking into account your preferences: desired dates, budget, room category, availability of a swimming pool, etc. This approach saves you time and allows you to select the most suitable accommodation option.

21. Does booking on the portal guarantee the purchase of the package?

After confirming the booking, you will receive an email informing you that the packages are reserved for you. The status of your request will change to "Booked", and the date of invoice and contract issuance will appear on the request page. If we have confirmed your booking and the listed changes have appeared on your request, the packages are guaranteed for you. For more details about paying for packages in the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation, see the Package Payment section.

22. Where can I find the payment details for the booked package?

For payment, you will be sent a contract and an invoice via the Internet, which can be paid at any bank branch at your place of residence. Together with the invoice and the previous contract, you will receive "Additional Information for Clients," which will help you correctly fill out the payment order.

23. How and when can I receive the paid package in person?

After payment and signing of the contract, you will be sent a tourist package via the Internet, which you must present along with your passport upon check-in. If you wish and have the opportunity, you can also pick up the documents at our office in Minsk. You can view a detailed map of how to get to the office here. All documents are processed and issued in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Belarus.

24. After booking a package, can I buy train tickets?

If you have received a confirmation message from the reservation department and the status of your request has changed to Booked, and the date of document issuance for payment has appeared on the request page — from this moment, the selected room and period of stay are reserved for you. The compensatory payment is made directly upon arrival at the recreation facility. You can find more detailed information about compensatory payments in the reference article Resort Fee – Naroch Region.

The compensatory payment is not charged to citizens who permanently reside or own property in the territory of Narochansky National Park.

44. When paying via online banking, what should be specified in the "Payment Type" field?

The payment type is indicated on the invoice we send you: payment for packages.

45. Is it possible to get a refund for a package?
