• House №1 - two-level timbered, imposed with a brick. Conveniences (WC, shower) on the first and second floors. There are 3 bedrooms, an equipped kitchen (refrigerator, microwave, dishes), a satellite TV, a table for 15 persons, a chimney hall. The house can accommodate up to 14 persons.
• House №2 - timbered for two people, with conveniences in the house (WC, shower). There is a double bed, a compartment case, a satellite TV, a fireplace, a microwave.
• House №3 - timbered, consists of 2 separate rooms (3/1 and 3/2), for 4 and 5 people. The rooms have conveniences (WC, shower), double beds, room 3/2 has a half bed, chest of drawers, satellite TV.
• House №4 - timbered, one-storeyed. There are 4 bedrooms, each with its own conveniences (WC, shower), satellite TV, refrigerator. The rooms 4/2 and 4/4 have a summer terrace.
• House №5 - timbered, one-storeyed, designed for 3 people. The bedroom has a double bed and queen-size bed, it is equipped with a satellite TV, a refrigerator, microwave, conveniences (WC, shower).
In the cold season the houses 2, 4 and 5, and a Guest yard are not booked, due to the absence of the heating equipment.
