Houses №1-4 include:
• 1st floor: entrance hall, living room with fireplace and set of upholstered furniture (sofa, armchair), TV, coffee table; a kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, an electric kettle, a set of dishes, a sink and kitchen cupboards, electric stove, a bathroom (shower, toilet, washbasin), a finnish sauna, and there is a terrace with a brazier.
• 2nd floor: four bedrooms, each with a double bed, a bathroom (shower, toilet, washbasin).
Houses №1-4 for the period from November to April do not function due to the fact that they have electric heating.
VIP House include:
• 1st floor: entrance hall, living room with fireplace and set of upholstered furniture (sofa, armchairs), TV, music center, furniture slide, dining room; a kitchen equipped with a microwave, a fridge, an electric kettle, gas stove, a set of dishes, a sink and kitchen cupboards; four bedrooms, equipped with double beds; two bathrooms (shower, toilet, washbasin), Russian bath, billiard table, and there is an exit to the terrace where there is a grill.
