Crucian

Crucian (Carassius carassius) — fish of the carp family, which has a short, high, laterally compressed body covered with scales golden. Mouth terminal, without tendrils. The peritoneum is usually not pigmented. The dorsal fin is long, pharyngeal teeth row.
Fish sedentary, without making any long migrations. Their favorite habitats are overgrown ponds with muddy bottoms. Pretty simple to the quality of water, can live in such waters where other fish are dying fast. In Belarus, widely distributed in the rivers, lakes, ponds, small lakes and floodplains, even in small planters and quarries where no other fish can not live.
