The residential building «Rodovoe Gnezdo» is a 2-story stone building. The house has 13 rooms, of which: 11 have two single beds, 2 have double beds. Each room is equipped with a TV, refrigerator, hair dryer, and a bathroom. The house also has a billiard room.

The House «Hexagon» is a two-story stone-lined house. On the first floor there is a living room with a fireplace, an equipped kitchenette with electrical appliances, and a bathroom. On the second floor there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with two single beds. There is an exit to a small summer terrace.

The Green House or Outbuilding includes a living room with a double sofa bed, an equipped kitchen, and a bathroom on the ground floor; on the second floor there is one room with a double bed and a double sofa bed, and the second room with two single beds.

The Oak House includes eight main sleeping places. It has rooms for large and small events, as well as billiards and a Finnish sauna.

The Wooden House is a 1-story wooden house with a total capacity of 6 people.

The House «House of the Artist» is designed for 18 people – 9 bedrooms have two single beds. The house includes a living room with a fireplace, a kitchen with the necessary household appliances and dishes.
