Redeye

Redeye (Scardinius erythrophthalmus) — species of fresh-water fishes of family of the karpovy. Body flattened from sides, coloring bright, especially during spawning. Eyes orange, with a red spot above. Fins red, except the back.
Lives in many rivers and the lakes of Belarus, it is numerous in inundated reservoirs. Always conducts a settled way of life, constantly keeps at dense thickets of a grass and absolutely avoids open spaces and a current.
