After submitting the application you have to make a few steps:

to fill in requirements data for reservation,
to pay the bill and sign the contract (form contract of rendering tourist services),
to get a voucher.

After receiving your application the specialists of department will process your order within 24 hours. From the application page you can send messages, receive the necessary information and documents from the specialist of the department. All the questions, including change the place of recreation, arrival date, room category and others are solved in a single application with the specialists of the booking department. If necessary, all the additional instructions will be sent by the specialists of the department for your request.

The confirmation of tours booking to the place of recreation is a formal contract and invoice.

How to pay for a tour

Our company operates on the basis of pre-payment of 100% of a booked tour. See more about payment>>.
The tour payment is made according expelled account in Belarusian rubles, Russian rubles, US dollars or Euro by bank cards Mastercard, Visa, Mir through bePaid system, for the individuals of the Republic of Belarus through the settlement systems (SSIS) (without commission) by bank transfer, in the offices of local banks of your residence or in the office of our company in Minsk in Belarusian rubles in cash or by credit card (without commission).

Applying for a visa

For foreign citizens, who need to obtain Belarusian visa, we sent the request to the embassy of Belarus for free. Payment for visas is carried out directly in the consular offices of the Republic of Belarus. Applying for a visa is issued on the date of the tour, plus an extra day at the beginning and the end of the holiday.

Getting a tour

After the transfer of money and the signing of the contract through the Internet (fax) for you will be sent a voucher. This voucher together with the passport you have to present at reception in a recreation place. You can also get this documents in our office. After arrival at the recreation place, in some cases it is necessary to pay an additional tourist tax, which is established by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.

Refund

If the Customer rejects the paid tourist vouchers the Customer gets the paid money back except for the cost of actual expenses of the Executor (bank commission payment, penalties under the existing agreements of the PRPUE «Automated tourism technologies» with the object of the rest, cost of provided booking services, expenses of the enterprise to provide of booking services on the customer's order).

It's important

If your application is closed, you will be able to restore it within 7 days. Otherwise, you need to send a new one to book a tour on general terms.
Applications, which don't meet our requirements and violate the rules of reservation, can't be considered.
