Pronya River

Pronya River has its origin in the Dubrovno district, Vitebsk region, and then makes his way to Chausy, Gorki and Slavgorod district, Mogilev region. The river is 172 km in total. The picturesque valley is well-established and deeply incised. The shores are mostly steep, often precipitous, and in the upper reaches further still low and swampy, covered with bushes.

Though the river and swampy places, but in areas near settlements are located comfortable sandy beaches with sun loungers and parasols. But most of the tourists up the river not only idle, vacationers, but also an avid fisherman. Upon successful fishing you can catch the bait bream, carp, perch and pike. However, it should be remembered that in the winter there are restrictions on fishing, also fishing prohibited in commercial scale.
