Outpatient's card is issued by the attending physician when a patient presents vouchers for sanatorium treatment. In the outpatient's card data is reflected about the objective state of the patient, data on the results of previous treatment (outpatient, hospital), laboratory data, functional, radiological and other investigations. All diagnoses are recorded according to International Classification of Diseases as a cipher, which is universal for all countries. Therefore, wherever the outpatient's card is framed , it will be deciphered correctly in any sanatorium in any country.
