«Comfort» houses: The 1st floor is divided into 2 blocks with separate entrances. Each block consists of two bedrooms (3-bed and 2-bed), a shared bathroom (toilet, washbasin, shower) and a common kitchen with a refrigerator, electric kettle, microwave oven, and a set of dishes. The 3-bed room has a double bed and a single bed, the 2-bed room has a double bed.
The 2nd floor has a separate entrance. It has two 3-bed rooms and a shared bathroom (toilet, washbasin, shower). Each bedroom has a double bed and a single bed.
House «Retro»: the house has 3 bedrooms and a common kitchen area (refrigerator, microwave, electric stove). The double bedroom has a double bed; in one 4-bed room there are a double bed and two single beds, in the second 4-bed room - a double bed and a sofa bed. The house is rented only in summer. Facilities on the territory (toilet, outdoor shower).
Each house (for houses «Comfort» - each block) has its own electrified arbor with a barbecue; for summer houses - one arbor for 2 houses.
