Selyakhi Lake

Lake Selyakhi is located on the territory of the Brest district of the Brest region, belongs to the Western Bug river basin and is part of the Brest group of lakes. The area of the reservoir is 0.5 km2 with a length of 1.3 km and a maximum width of 0.8 km. The slopes of the lake basin are partly arable. Shallow water is sandy. At great depths, expanded sapropels up to 12.5 meters thick. The lake is overgrown with reeds and reeds along the banks. Underwater vegetation is common to a depth of 3.5-4 meters.

Pike, bream, carp, perch, roach, bream and other species of fish live in the pond.

On the shore of the reservoir there is a recreation center «Selyahi».
