European Catfish

European Catfish (Silurus glanis) — fresh-water scaleless fish of family somovy, is the largest in Belarus. Length of a body reaches 3 m, the weight of 150 kg. The anal fin a long, fatty fin is absent, unpaired fins have no thorns. Color in most cases brown with shades brown and green, a belly white. Depending on habitats the color can change from almost black to the light-yellow. Sometimes, very seldom, som albinos meet.
Living in many natural reservoirs of Belarus. Conducts twilight and a nocturnalism. Doesn't love muddy water.
