Ubort river

Ubort flows through Lelchitsy district of Gomel region, as well as in Ukraine, and flows into the Pripyat near the village Moiseevich of Petrikov district. The river is 292 km. On the territory of Belarus Ubort has a length 126 km. Right tributaries are Plotnitsa, Lohnitsa, Svydovets, Guristaya, left is river Karostinka. The river is calm and shallow, the average depth is 4 m. The width of the river is about 15 meters. Ubort is very beautiful and scenic - on its banks can meet the meadows with a few single oaks, the oaks on either side, and often sandy beaches and sandbanks.

On the river is allowed free amateur fishing. As for the fishing, there are the pike, bleak, roach, perch. Also there are rudd, bream, crucian carp.

Throughout the course of the river, there are places for vacation and there is farmstead «Jerelec» is 5 km from Ubort.
