Refund
RefundIn case of the Customer's refusal from the paid Vouchers, the Customer gets the refund excluding the expenses actually incurred (bank commission fee for making payments, the penalties of Recreation centers according to our existing Agreements with them).
For getting the refund You need to write the Application to the Director of PRPUE «Automated tourism technologies». In the Application You should state:
- For foreigners - Customer's full name (with whom was made the Agreement), his personal settlement account, bank name, loro account and settlement account, BIC, card account number (if the refund is made on a credit card)
- For citizens of the Republic of Belarus - Customer's full name (with whom was made the Agreement), his personal settlement account, loro account, code, MFO and number of card account, UNP, card account number (if the refund is made on a credit card).
