What can you try in the herbal bar of the Ruzhansky health resort:
- From 8:30 to 10:30 - herbal teas for a vigorous day, which help cleanse the body, tone, have an anti-inflammatory effect, improve sleep, and the functioning of the digestive or respiratory system.
- From 15:30 to 16:30 - oxygen cocktails, which contain about 80-90% oxygen, which is carried by the bloodstream to organs and systems. It is believed that one portion of such a delicacy replaces a three-hour walk in the forest, and ozone water for a complete reboot.
- Every Friday from 13:00 to 14:30, at lunchtime, you can treat yourself to homemade ice cream - it is included in the price of the tour! A serving of dessert helps to populate the intestines with beneficial microflora.
