Pearl baths is a type of hydro-massage when a patient's body is massaged by the small air bubbles rising from the bottom of the bath through small sprayers. It is called «pearl bath» because the small air bubbles rising from the bottom of the bath make on the water surface the seethed foam that resembles the sea surf.
