The instruction about establishment of the tourist tax at the territory of Liozno district
- Payers of tourist tax are persons who are in health resorts and health-improving establishments at territory of Liozno district, except people directed for improvement and health resort treatment for free according the legislation.
- The object of tourist tax are people that stay at least 1 night at health resorts, as well as dispensaries, health centers (complexes), educational and recreational centers, camps, sports camps, recreation centers, located at Liozno district.
- Tourist tax is defined according the tour cost in health resorts and improving organizations or the cost of services rendered.
- Tourist tax is 5 percent for all kinds of health-improving organizations located at the territory of Liozno district.
- Persons under the age of 18 years are released from payment, if they buy a tour to health-improving organizations in the summer.
- The tourist tax is used to finance expenditure in the budget of Liozno district.
